China Sky One Medical does not deserve the confidence of their stockholders. This author is short the stock and believes the price of the shares significantly over values the company. Many conflicting things have been said about CSKI, by the company, by its proponents and its detractors, but there can be little disagreement on numbers found in government-mandated reports.
My focus here will be strictly on financial issues surrounding CSKI. This site presents independently sourced financial information from disinterested third parties and official Chinese Government Offices. The reports cover major customers, major suppliers, and all of CSKI's revenue generating subsidiaries. In all cases the numbers claimed by CSKI vastly exceed the revenue I am able to ascertain.
Based on the massively inflated and inconsistent numbers,
I have come to believe that China Sky One Medical is actively committing fraud.
